Reaching your audiences wherever they are is important to you and also to BrightTALK. In 2013, we are bringing you a step closer to your audience with the introduction of local language channels and eight international dial-in numbers available to your presenters. Now you can target your content much more effectively at regional audiences, offering greater local relevancy and maximizing engagement.

So what’s new? A major change is that your subscribers can now sign up in the language of the channel. Once on the player page, they can also see all the live and recorded interactive features and buttons in the local language. Couple this with the ability to deliver your automatic pre- and post-event emails in the local language to create a consistent and personalized webinar experience that supports your targeted regional marketing activities.

This feature is now available in German, Japanese, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Korean, and Chinese.

Furthermore, presenters dialing in from outside the United States can now do so via a growing list of international dial-in numbers. You can find these numbers by clicking on “Dial in options” from the “Prepare & present” screen of your upcoming webinars.
