Introducing Live Support for Presenters

BrightTALK is pleased to announce the arrival of our new support feature: real-time chat for presenters. Channel owners and their presenters can take advantage of our dedicated text-based support in the run-up to and throughout their live webinars.
Live support will be delivered through an instant message chat window that can be accessed directly from the “prepare and present” screen. This chat window will serve as an exclusive connection between the presenter and our support agents, who are ready to respond to your live-day questions. With instant support at your fingertips, you can rest assured that help is only one click away.
If you decide to add the live support package to your account, you will also receive accelerated responses to support tickets outside of the live environment. Incoming tickets that are submitted via the “support” tab will be highlighted and moved to the top of the queue, where our support team will reply within two hours.
