Stay Up-to-Date with Timely Email Updates from BrightTALK
BrightTALK sends timely automated email updates to help you make the most of the webinars and videos you attend. The professionals learning on BrightTALK find these to be useful reminders and we see very few unsubscribes. We encourage you to manage the number of emails you’d like to receive from your email preferences.
Here are the types of emails you can choose to receive:
Thank you for registering
When you register to attend an upcoming event, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the presentation you registered to attend and a link to save it in your calendar. You can always use the test your system link to make sure you can view webinars and videos on BrightTALK.
24 hour reminder
If it’s been a while since you registered for an upcoming webinar or video, this email will help you plan your schedule for the next day and get the most out of the live event. This is also a great time to invite any of your colleagues or peers who would benefit from the event.
Starting now reminder
What would a professional do without calendar reminders? This email gives you a fifteen-minute warning before the start of the live event you’ve registered for. Make a cup of tea or coffee and give your inbox a break; it’s time to learn!
Post-event follow up
Whether you attended the event live or an unexpected engagement lured you away, content on BrightTALK is available on demand immediately and indefinitely. We’ll send you an email with the link to the recording, a list of all attachments the presenter uploaded and upcoming presentations to continue your learning on BrightTALK.
Webcast change updates
In the unlikely event that a webcast or video you’ve registered to attend is cancelled, rescheduled or re-run, we will send you a notification and update you with the new date and time of the event as soon as we have it.
Weekly email, “What you need to know”
Once a week, we’ll send you an email update with upcoming and recent content relevant to you so you can plan the week ahead and make the most of the information that matters to you. One audience member recently described this email as a “one-stop update about content I am interested in,” and that’s exactly what it aims to be.
Channel introduction email
When you register for or view content in a new channel on BrightTALK, you gain unlimited access to all the presentations in it – we won’t ask you to register again. We’ll send you a short email with links to some of the latest content in the channel, feel free to browse for more interesting presentations.
